 Event Hosting/Entertainment Package

• Direction and conceptualization of the event program
• Hosting job during the event
• 3 to 5 song numbers during dinner
• 2 Production Assistants to ensure the smooth flow of the program
(Subject to the availability of Mr. Loi Villarama (Event Host/Organizer) on your event date, first come-first serve basis. )

 On-the-Day Wedding Coordination Package

• There will be a production meeting scheduled at least a month before the wedding day. Client will submit a copy of all the contracts of their contracted suppliers as this will be our basis in coordinating with them to confirm schedules and ensure that goods/services are delivered on time.

• Exactly five (5) hours before the actual start of the ceremony, wedding coordinators will at the hotel room to assist the bride, attending to her every need/concern. A Bridal Manager will be assigned to the bride and will be by her side throughout the day. Likewise, a Groom Manager will be assigned in the groom’s room if he is checked-in the same preparation venue.
• Assist the Photographers for the pictorial including the fixing of the gown in the mannequin, fixing the wedding materials on the bed and fixing the groom’s apparel and accessories. Coordinators will strictly implement the day’s schedule conforming to lead times allocated for every item in the itinerary.
• Ensure the timely departure of the bride and the groom from the hotel to arrive at the church at least 30 minutes before the ceremony.

• Prior to the ceremony coordinators will be responsible for the distribution of flowers and wedding materials to the members of the entourage. Likewise they will arrange the misalletes in the pews
• Organize the members of the entourage in the processional line
• Supervise the Entrance of the Bride
• Supervise the wedding rites from the processional to recessional march
• Assist the photographers for the pictorial after the ceremony

• Check the layout and styling of the event venue
• Manning of the registration table at the reception venue ensuring that the sitting arrangement would be followed. There will also be coordinators tasked to usher the guests and direct them to their respective table assignment.
• Handle all gifts given by the guests
• Conceptualization and direction of the wedding reception program
• Provide background music (CDs and tapes) for every part of the reception program
• Distribution of wedding souvenirs and routing of the Signature Book/Frame
• Turnover all wedding accessories used in the wedding ceremony and reception and all gifts to the couple’s authorized representative.

There will be 2 Event Managers and 4 Professional Event Coordinators assigned to your event from preparation stage to the event proper. We have no assistants, all the members of the coordination team are seasoned coordinators who have been handling our different events year-round. On the day of the event, in case the make-up artist won’t be staying until the end of the program, all female event coordinators are trained to do make-up retouch at no extra cost, including the cosmetics to be used (MAC products).

 Full Coordination Package

• Conceptualization of the event, taking into consideration its technical, creative, financial and administrative/logistical aspects
• Assist the client in planning and managing the budget
• Source out needed supplies/suppliers for the event
• Present at least two to three of the best suppliers vis-à-vis the client’s budget
• Assist the client in assessing, choosing and booking of desired suppliers
• Set-up appointments/meetings with desired suppliers
• Assist the client in making payments to contracted suppliers
• Constant coordination and supervision of contracted suppliers
• Management of the client’s schedule and deadlines that have to be attended to

On-the-Day Coordination Package is also included in this package. Likewise, there will be 1 Event Manager and 4 Event Coordinators assigned to your event from preparation stage to the event proper. Make-up retouch is also included.

 Semi-Full Coordination Package

An event falls under this package if client has already contracted the service of some of their preferred suppliers. The inclusions in this package are very much like the Full coordination, the only difference is there would be less suppliers to be sourced out.

On-the-Day Coordination Package is also included in this package. Likewise, there will be 1 Event Manager and 4 Event Coordinators assigned to your event from preparation stage to the event proper. Make-up retouch is also included.

 Hair and Make-Up Package

Hair and make-up for three (3) heads (inclusive of the bride). If Groom would be staying in the same preparation venue grooming for the Groom will be free of charge. Cosmetics used are mostly MAC Products. Package may also include make-up retouch before the Church Ceremony and Wedding Reception for an additional cost.

Out-of-Town Rate
For bookings outside Manila an additional out-of-town rate will be charged to client to cover for transportation and other miscellaneous expenses. Rate depends on the location of the event.

Terms of Payment
Only bookings with a signed contract and corresponding down payment will be honored as confirmed bookings. Our policy is to commit our service to our clients on a first-sign first-serve basis. As such, pencil bookings are not entertained. For confirmed bookings, we require 50% down payment and the balance to be paid on the day of the event.
